How do projects usually start?

With a conversation. We spend 30–45 minutes understanding the business problem, then send a written scope with phases, timelines and a fixed price or a rate card, depending on how well-defined the work is. There is no charge for that stage.

What does a typical project cost?

A focused marketing site generally runs across four to six weeks; a commerce build or web application runs longer and is usually phased. We scope every engagement individually and give you a written estimate before any commitment — no templated packages.

Who will actually be working on my project?

Named specialists from our in-house team of twenty. You meet them during scoping and they stay on the project through to launch. We do not subcontract delivery.

Do you work with teams in other timezones?

Yes — a large share of our clients are in the UK, Europe, the Gulf and North America. We schedule deliberate overlap hours and run asynchronous updates so progress never waits on a calendar.

What happens after launch?

We hand over documented code, a design system and training for your team. Most clients then continue with us on a retainer for maintenance, iteration and new feature work — but you are never locked in.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Frequently. We start with an audit covering architecture, performance, accessibility and security, then give you an honest recommendation on whether to improve incrementally or rebuild.

Do you guarantee performance and accessibility?

Accepted Answer

We set explicit targets in the scope — typically Lighthouse 95+ and WCAG 2.2 AA — and report against them before handover. If a target is at risk, you hear about it during the build, not after.
