Do I need a team to register?
No. You can work independently and add technicians to your account as your business grows.
How will I receive bookings?
Requests from WhatsApp, Instagram and the Fuvay app come into one booking system. You receive eligible opportunities based on the ZIP codes you serve, your service availability and matching rules.
Does Fuvay guarantee bookings or income?
No. Opportunities depend on customer demand in your area, the services you offer and your availability. Fuvay gives you the channels and tools to manage and grow your business.
How does Fuvay charge providers?
Fuvay works with provider packages and applicable commissions. The details are shared during registration, and your commissions are recorded in your provider dashboard.
Can I choose which areas I work in?
Yes. You choose the ZIP codes you serve from your provider portal, and you can update them as your business changes.
How do my technicians get their jobs?
You assign jobs from your provider portal. Your technicians receive them in the Fuvay Technician App, where they can view job details, update status and record completion.
What happens after I register?
Fuvay reviews your details for verification. Once approved, you set up your services, pricing, service areas and team, and start managing eligible bookings.
